Lots of cooking, therefore tons of prep work, makes the horde of stomachs happy. Looking for more scrapers/choppers we thought to give the Amazon basics model a try. We ordered two and both were very substandard in manufacture and finish even at a modest price point. Handles and endcaps very poorly done, paper and glue noticeable, metal of blade scratched and of various colors (response to heat or chemicals?). While a simple tool, a scraper should not be this poorly made. Disappointing Amazon.
