This is the third time I have had to replace this lock. The part shown below is the part that breaks. When it breaks it locks me out of the Motorhome. The lock lasts about 2 years before it breaks. They claim to have redesigned the lock three times but are still using the same weak pot metal part shown below that breaks. This would be an excellent lock if they would just replace the weak pot metal part shown below with a steal one. Guess they are making a lot of money selling replacements. Can not buy the part without buying a whole new lock. This is the part that fits my Motorhome and is only made by Tri Mark. Wish some company would make a good one that uses steal for that part so it will not break. Have read hundreds of reports of others having the same problem. If you open and close the door enough that part will break leaving you locked out.
