Often times when we buy a product, we expect the product to work properly. When it doesn't, we expect to get a level of customer service that will provide a resolution to the issue so that the customer is satisfied. In this review, I will talk about my experience not only with the product but the customer support or lack there of. H11 Bulb - First the bulb looks nice, it's fanless and has a huge heatsink on it. In some applications, this may be an issue when installing. Make sure to check your vehicle to see if this will even fit. Install was done on a 2018 Subaru WRX with projectors, (keep in mind, projectors for different vehicles provide a different light spread) and honestly they fit pretty snug and I had to issue with them being loose or any issues with the seal. The problem came when the light output was very dim. I mean it would almost appear defective with how little light was being projected. Different road surfaces provided a different level of degree of illumination but I found that on asphalt, these were way to blue to provide any kind of light exposure on the road and in rain, forget about it, you might as well be running with your lights off. I would not recommend these LED's for projectors. Customer Service - I contacted Beamtech about the issue and at first they were willing to send me their other kind to try and see if that would help correct the issue. The did respond within 24 hours each time by email but by the second email, they had change their mind apparently and wanted me to send the bulbs back to Amazon and reorder their other type. To me, thats not good customer service. They never asked what kind of vehicle I had them in, to send pictures of the issue or anything other than saying that different cars provide different light outputs. As far as their 1 year warranty on their products, I would be cautious. After 30 days, you can't return products to Amazon. If Beamtech can't stand behind their product and offer good support and customer service, what good are they as a company. In my closing thoughts, I would steer clear of this product an company. A company is only as good as their customer service and product. If they can't dig into the customer issue nor keep their word on sending out a replacement, then honesty that company really shouldn't sell here on Amazon or anywhere for that matter. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for and that statement defiantly holds true here. Good Luck!
