Bought 2 of these, one for my son and one for my daughter. Sadly while they are super comfortable and work well, the design of the internal pivot for each ear is weak, and the internal ring which holds the ear assembly into the headstrap broke off. I opened it up, and it's definitely underdesigned. Not only does it hold the earpiece, but it also prevents over-rotation. Obviously a slight bit of strain and it will bust. Very disappoint as it's dangling by the wire and will shortly be junk. Will probably try to glue it, but come on, it's a moving plastic piece. EDIT. Litereally 2 days later, my son's broke as well. Sigh. Trying to figure out wher eto put the pictures
