At first I was so impressed with this tent. It is easy to handle and set up. Our camping neighbors constantly asked us about it. It is deceptively roomy inside and is just amazing! We bought the shade/wind panels for the sides and they came in really handy. We had some trouble with the third set up. One wall continued to collapse. We had an awful lot of trouble getting everything aligned dothe tent would stay deployed. It was slightly uneven terrain and we assumed that had a lot to do with our struggle. Unfortunately on our third trip with the tent the zipper pull pulled right off of the bottom of the zipper. We were in a bug infested campground with no zipper on our shelter. Sadly we ended up with more bugs and seagulls camped out inside of the tent than I could have imagined. We finally took it down since nobody would go hang out inside. When we got back within cell service, I contacted Amazon and Clam Corp via email to try to get a repair. Amazon, who fulfilled the order, said I had to contact Clam. Clam won't return my emails. This is an amazing tent. I assume my experience is a fluke. Based on my first two trips, I would have easily given this tent a 5 star rating. In fact we recommended it over and over again to those who asked. But I spent way too much money for a product that I was only able to use three times with a company that is being totally unresponsive. Sorry Clam. I'll update my review if I ever am able to resolve my zipper situation. I would not buy another product from Clam knowing that I'm likely to get a defective zipper and no response to customer service inquiry.
