Please note the photo and the difference in shoe. The shoe on the right was purchased at DSW, the shoe on the left from Amazon. I decided to return the DSW pair because I realized I needed a different size. I saw this same exact shoe on Amazon (Clarks Juliet Lora Loafer) and ordered them here. When they arrived, I knew immediately they were not the same shoe, although claiming to be in the description. The photos on Amazon also show the shoe with a cushioned insole, and that was not consistent with the pair that was shipped to me. There is no cushion in the Amazon shoe, and the sides of the shoe were already frayed and beginning to rip straight out of the box (as you can see in the photo). The Amazon shoes also sat shorter than the DSW shoe, probably due to the lack of cushion and support. The number one reason I love Clarks shoes is because of the comfort. If your feet do not need cushion, support, and you don't mind the frayed edges, then these may be okay for you.
