This comment might get deleted since comments I write are usually deleted if they are not positive. I ordered eucerin advanced repair lotion. I currently am struggling with having eczema all over the right side of my trunk. I really needed this lotion because I don't have much of it left. My rash has been really bad this week, and I am using a lot of this lotion. Instead I got something else as shown in the picture I submitted with this review. I got some type of advanced cleansing body and face cleanser, which will not provide me with relief from the burning and itching of my eczema throughout the day. The rash is really very painful, and the lotion I ordered has been working for me all month, and I can use it throughout the day. I really don't like that. I think Amazon should be careful to send people what they order because people need exactly what they order. I am sorry to write a negative review. I am sorry if any review that isn't positive is viewed as offensive. This review is not meant to harass or bully the seller or Amazon. This review contains no profanity or any language that offends anybody based on who they are. This review is meant to be a suggestion that people order stuff because they need it, and it is important for any seller whether they are from Amazon or not to send the right item that a customer orders and not something else. What was sent to me shown in the picture won't provide me any relief from my eczema symptoms throughout the day like the item I actually ordered. This is very frustrating. I am really low on the stuff I actually need, the eucerin advanced repair lotion that is meant to be used throughout the day.
