It's a scam - the rolls are tiny.
The product description does warn you that the rolls are not fully sized by listing the number of TP sheets per roll. But most of us do not know what that low number of sheets means at all. It means the rolls are about 1/3-1/4 the size of a normal roll. If you have NO other choice and are just about out of TP, the rolls are better than nothing - but not much better!
