I have the two other skinnytaste cookbooks that I use all the time. I was so excited to see that they were making one with instant pot and air fryer recipes since they are my go to appliances. I preordered the book over 2 months ago and received it today. I am very disappointed in the recipes. The instant pot is capable of so many things but instead 13 of the instant pot recipes are soup as well as majority of the Dutch oven and slow cooker recipes. The air fryer recipes were just countless fried chicken or fish recipes that can be found anywhere. Sorry skinnytaste, love your previous books but you really missed the mark on this one
