Since I purchased this microwave in August 2017 I have to have it serviced three times and the problem is still not fixed. Panasonic has me send it to the same repair technicians who send it back with a different excuse each time. It works a couple of times then the power goes dead. From the time of purchase I have been able to use it probably ten times. Worst purchase ever from Panasonic and Amazon
