Just received the pillow. The leg pillow is great because the softness of the foam actually is gentle enough that it doesn't dig into the back of the knees. However, for the back support, this softness is actually a bad thing. As you can see in my picture, no matter how hard you try to climb up the pillow to get support the bottom just crumples under your weight and just smashes to nothing. This deforms your back by not raising it flat but causes your upper shoulders to curve inwards. Horrible for scapular bursitis or neck issues. I was scared to order a firmer pillow but this one does not work. BE AWARE! Because it comes vacuum-sealed into a carpet roll it's almost impossible to ship back to return. In the positive the leg pillow and the cover are nice so im debating keeping it for only that reason. But the back support is almost non-existent.
