Do not buy this tracker! Save your money and buy something that works. First, without an ATT signal, this tracker is worthless. In other words, if you are in a place with either a nonexistent or weak ATT signal, like at my house, the tracker does NOT work. But worse yet is battery life. Even when it is not in "Live" tracking mode, the battery does not last 12 hours, and it takes hours to charge on a poorly thought out magnetic latch that slips off easily. And even worse, the Live tracking mode, which you use when your dog (or cat) is lost, is only good for a few minutes of active tracking before the battery is dead - your pet now lost forever. While this product claims a 2-5 day battery life, that is an outright lie. And the last hammer to fall? When you activate this tracker out of the box the app makes you buy a subscription before it can be used. I bought the annual one for $84. But, if you decide to send the tracker back, you CANNOT contact anyone or cancel the subscription to get your money back. While you can send the tracker back, the subscription is yours - as useless as this product.
