DO NOT BUY IT !!!
Usually i never write reviews but LG customer service really pissed me,
I was in the market for a new tv a gift to myself for beating tongue cancer. After looking at different brands i saw Lg Oled55b6p and being an LG fan all my appliances on my household are LG ( Last 6 months spent over 5000 dollars on LG Products) i was leaning to this tv it has an incredible picture, thin panel, according to the salesman at the local store it was the best tv made this year. Price was almost 3000 dollars, after few trips to the local Lg authorized store to check it out, i was sold and i bought it at the store not amazon, a week later was delivered, it worked fine for 41 days 155 hours powered on . Few nights ago i get home i turn it on and a large stuck/dead pixel shows up and is not disappearing even after turning it off few times .I can't return it because it is 11 days after 30 day return time frame i called LG customer service and i was transferred at their VIP ( VERY IMPORTANT PERSON) Customer service after talking with the customer service agent which he wasn't listening very much because he kept asking same questions even after explaining he told me not to worry because that's why the warranty is.He sends me an email asking to send back to him few pictures of the stuck pixel, i reply with the pictures while i got him in the phone he comes back to me and tells me LG will not cover it because it is a small pixel in a huge tv, NO BIG DEAL.I asked him to speak to a manager because i paid almost 3000 dollars for a defective tv and it is a BIG deal to me . He rudely interrupts me and says he will not transfer me to anybody and he is an executive account manager no higher ups than him and basically tells me to live with this defective unit that is been used only for 155 hours, i told him this is not acceptable and i asked him for his name and his agent id # and all he did was hung up on me , luckily on the email he sent me it was his name Neil Emmons .This guy is the most rudest unprofessional customer service i have ever dealt with, Lg sure transfer you to their VIP Customer Service but they treat you like VUP ( VERY UNIMPORTANT PERSON) After they take almost 3000 from you for a defective unit . Now all i am left to do is write just a bad review. It is great tv if it works just don't count to get it fixed under Lg Warranty.
