I am returning this phone because it was not unlocked. I spoke to Amazon, Verizon, and AT&T. The phone is saying that it is stuck on the Verizon carrier and cannot be transferred. This is because the phone is still on someone else's account and Verizon will not unlock it because it could be a fraudulent phone. The only way to unlock it is to have the original owner of the phone (who I definitely do not know) give their PIN to Verizon and confirm that they want to unlock it. I just wanted to warn anybody who was thinking of purchasing this phone.
