Just a heads up on the Omaha products, which, per pound, breaks down to triple what you pay at the grocery store and is of an "unknown" quality-- I just called Omaha regarding a Top Sirloin promo we received in the mail, and I asked the rep what quality this meat it. Response: "Because Omaha Steaks is not a retail establishment, we don't use the USDA guidelines for meat products. But we use our own guidelines, and we call them "gourmet", as it is grain-fed beef." HUH? Also, hubby reminded me that we had ordered some Omaha meats several years ago with a gift card we were given and they were the steaks that I didn't like and ended up up feeding to the fish in the pond behind our house.
