AVOID this thermostat. This one is supposed to only be installed by a Honeywell Installer (per Honeywell customer service on the phone). We had a non-Honeywell contractor out, had issues with it. Called Honeywell customer service and they told me they couldn't give me as a homeowner basic wiring support. Had to have an approved Honeywell contractor install it and call them. DO NOT BUY this if you plan to install it yourself. Also, supposed to be the latest model, says 2013 on the box. If you ever want support on this as a homeowner, don't expect Honeywell to help you!
