WARNING! Game pass doesn't work with Amazon fire devices
I signed up for NFL GamePass for my husband. The next day, we were trying to figure it out (make it work) with little success. I sent an email to the "digital care team" - there is no telephone number for support. The response I received was "Game Pass is currently in-accessible via Roku, XBox One, PS4, Apple TV, Fire TV and Android TV pending app updates.". I've been trying all day to figure out how to cancel as you have theee days to do so, without success. I googled the problem and discovered my only hope for a refund will be to contact my bank and have the charges reversed on my credit card. There are some horrendous reviews out there. I'm sorry I didn't find them before this.
