I am sorry I didn't read the label closely before ordering this product. It contains distilled vinegar (which is great for cleaning, not for eating). It also contains EDTA -The risk of EDTA consumption in healthy individuals is low, but high doses of the chemical can have a toxic effect that is damaging to the liver and kidneys. The levels of the chemical are far below toxic levels in foods, so one would have to consume many servings of mayonnaise in order to reach dangerous levels. It is unsafe to consume more than 3 g of EDTA per day for more than five to seven days...why take the chance? It also contains sugar, low glycemic, coconut palm sugar, but who needs sugar in their mayo...ala Miracle Whip. It is packaged in plastic - BPA free - but still, plastic. I'm going back to Primal Mayo - simple, healthy ingredients - No toxic preservatives. :(
