I ordered this personalized crystal piece for a co-worker who just had to put their family dog to sleep. I wanted a small beautiful piece for her desk at work so she could remember her beloved dog. I was super excited it just arrived at my office this morning and what I opened up, looks absolutely terrible and I am totally appalled that a company could actually send this to me thinking it was remotely close to acceptable. If you're thinking of ordering from this company, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!! What they advertise is a precise and beautifully etched picture but what you get is completely different. All the issues: I ordered a small rectangle piece and what came has beveled edges and looks deformed. Nowhere in their picture does it look like it has beveled edges so this alone skews the design and clean look of the product. When you get ready to customize your piece, it states you do not need to edit because their technicians will handle all of that to ensure the customer gets a great product. What I got was a crooked etching with wording that was cut off and not legible - see pictures attached. It should have said Shelby-Forever in our hearts. The She is cut off completely and because the technicians didn't center the wording it says LBY and whats left "FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS" can't even be read. There is no precision to this etching whatsoever!!! On top of everything else, not one time did the company send any "proof" to review or look at so I could approve before they actually completed. If they had, I would have NEVER given the okay to produce something that looks this terrible. Spend the extra time and money and go to a professional and reputable company and not this hack job company who produces a terrible product. I am so disgusted, this is going in the trash. Do not waste your time or money... I learned my lesson the hard way. Going to a local "professional" company today to order a good quality product
