This gps was awful. It would not update on the Garmin website. It did not warn of turns adequately in advance. It was rigid and inflexible: it positively refused to accepts that the route to Carmel from the South (San Diego) was to go North to Salinas and back south to Carmel. It kept trying to get us to make a u-turn and go back South and never recalculated. The user interface was poor. It takes only written input, it functions only if you have an exact street address, it is very poor at selecting best routes. It is shocking that Amazon would feature this as a "Choice." I am returning this piece of junk ASAP. I recommend that Amazon stop stocking it and customers not waste their time or money on it. Hard to find anything good to say about it.
