I don’t want to blame this mattress for a cancer diagnosis but I was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, a year after this mattress and the mattress still smells like “chemicals”. I’m very aware of bad chemicals now because they have a strong link to my cancer. I am only 29 so this is rare form and just discouraging the purchase of this mattress because there are wonderful organic mattresses with no off-gassing smell.
