UPDATE: FEB 2023 - Still using our original purchase and like it so much that we bought another for a sink install we are working on in another room. Have to say I am super disappointed and will be sending it back! Pay close attention to the pictures on the faucet VS the one they sent me. Clearly a change in quality and not nearly as visually clean as the original design I purchased. The hose to the faucet that pulls out has been changed to almost a metal cloth look rather than the rounded look that matches the spring design. I'll post pictures of the changes. Oh wow Now that I put them side by side, the new one is so much smaller! I am just so disappointed! The pictures for the item also show the original design and now provide a misleading representation of a product that you will not receive. Still feeling the 5 star review on my first faucet but this new one is getting a 1 star, especially with the misleading photos. UPDATE: March 2022 - still using it! No problems!! My husband and I installed this last night. We're not plumbers, but we're pretty handy. Have a good size tool chest and do most of our own repairs and installs around that house. It took us about an hour and we're very happy with the results. We had an older faucet, as evidenced by the amount of corrosion and difficulty in removal! That was probably the hardest part. Installation of this piece was clearly labeled and marked and I was very impressed with the quality of the fittings. Everything is metal..! Seems very high quality. Super happy that we decided to go with this one instead of the ones that are about $250 and up at the big box retail stores. The only thing we don't know is how long it will last, but it seems sturdy and with all parts appearing high-quality I'm hoping for the best. I would recommend this!
