I ordered the unit because it advertised a boom mic. The picture and the description show a boom mic. There is no boom mic provided with the unit. Costs an extra $15 dollars on the Avantree website. I don't care about the cost, I just needed the mic. I repeatedly tried to order one on the website, but the website is broken and won't process credit cards. I really needed a mic for phone calls, and I was willing to put up with the dismal sound quality from the headphones. I gave up and chucked everything in the trash. Save yourself the grief.
