Where is the scholarship?
No citations, no etymology, no references, no history, no demonstrated scholarship or knowledge. Written by a self-styled... Knight? Earl? I'm not sure, as Alaskan authors don't usually bear the title Sir, which is what the flyleaf lists. Funny stuff, I'm sure, in the world of self-published fiction. But successfully marketing this as non-fiction and the joke is on the purchaser and reader.
