This is one of the worst books I've ever read. It's highly repetitive, shares no real insight but rather repeats fairly obvious observations, fills pages with perhaps interesting but rather useless historical lessons, and is incredibly disorganized. Do not read. Save your time and read a few articles, and you will learn more than in this entire book. I forced myself to finish it, but wish I had never picked it up.
