This hose leaked from the moment I turned on the water. It is brand new,right out of the package. The end that connects to the water spigot has a two part coupling, the water leaks between these two fittings. There is no way to add a washer in this spot. I tried moving, adjusting, etc., no improvement. I intentionally bought this hose because I needed a hose that would no leak. I am very disappointed. As for the people complaining about the kinks, just twist he hose from the end until it straightens out.
