The unit arrived locked with the keys inside, so I am unable to use it . The company wrote "We're sorry to hear your unit arrived without its designated keys." Then they wrote "We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our company. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are simply unable to ship out a set of replacement keys. Please let us know in the event further assistance is required."
