I received my Berkey Filters and primed them. Then I put two batches of water through and the water came out cloudy. I thought to myself I did not prime them correctly so I primed them again and even soaked them overnight inverted in a container as someone online said to do. After this I primed again and filtered 2 more batches of water but the water was still cloudy. I called Berkey and the man was very nice but said that a small number of filters has this problem and that I needed to dry the filters and then reprime. I had already spent 3 days trying to figure this out on my own so I asked him if Berkey would put this information on their website but he said the higher ups did not deem it necessary. I am deeply disappointed because it will be a week before I can see if their method of drying and repriming will work. After I try their "fix" they said then they will replace them. I am posting this for others so you do not wait too long to contact Berkey.
