Only support on web site is email address, which seller has not responded to. Box received looks exactly like front and back photos (top and next down photo on left), except kit does not contain graining paper. Photo of back of box (2nd down on left) says it repairs rips, tears and cuts, but repair compound is rubber cement type of repair. Even with backer canvas in place, repair does not have strength to fix cuts and tears, and cut reopens. See photo showing how small caplets of colors are. Just heard from LeatherPlus.
