I have been in contact with representatives since we first purchased the vacuum. They have been very accommodating in helping us as we try to get it to work and I think we have been very patient with all the replacement parts they've sent, but I can honestly say I'm ready to throw the vacuum away. The original issue of the vacuum not working properly hasn't been resolved -- a large amount of debris and dust falls out of the vacuum immediately after we turn it off (see video included). So we have to vacuum and then sweep. We've become accustomed to just sweeping and I'm going to buy a new sweeper rather than buy a new vacuum. When we finally said to customer service: These fixes aren't working, can we please return the vacuum -- the response was that it was too late. Figures. I would imagine reps are incented to not have to issue refunds, just replacement parts until the warranty expires. We are frustrated and annoyed and can't believe how much we spent on this piece of crap vacuum -- complete and total waste of money and time.
