If I could give this 0 stars, I would. We received the ipad and it worked for a month and all of a sudden the wifi and bluetooth stopped working. I emailed the company about exchanging the product or even just having them FIX the ipad. I kept receiving responses but all they kept asking me was info about the ipad (serial number, what the issue is, try shutting it down and back on, etc). Finally at one month, they said sorry, can't fix it which was conveniently right at the end of the exchange/refund window. Now I'm stuck with a $300 ipad we only used for one month (to only watch movies on). I took it to a technician here and the wifi antennae is defective on it. Which is a HARDWARE issue, not a user issue. BUYER BEWARE -- Certified Tech Pro {Which is somehow through the company 'Amazon Renewed'} will sell you a defective product and then conveniently wait until your exchange period is up so that you can no longer exchange, have the item fixed, or get your money back if your product is defective!
