My wife and I tried the Gevalia Majestic Roast and loved the coffee. We bought several boxes on sale in our local Publix supermarket. As our supply dwindled down and unable to secure on sale locally we opted to search for comparable prices on Amazon. Came across this vendor with the excellent reviews and price point and ordered the 72 count. We received 4 boxes of 18 that were glued and taped together - the actual K cup boxes - the order did not come in a cardboard box. though leery I examined the k cups and boxes and all seemed legit. However, upon trying the first cup we realized that this coffee had a completely different tasting note, this coffee had a distinct chocolate taste and less body. I immediately tried to return the order but unfortunately I had not realized that this product was not eligible for return or refund. I kept drinking it, my wife bought a different brand as she could not stand the heavy chocolate notes. Our local supermarket once again had the great sale and we bought several of the retail offerings. The coffee we bought locally was exactly like the Majestic Roast we have enjoyed prior to this Amazon offering. I decided to closely inspect the boxes and K cups. The cups have a different look to them as evidenced in the photos I have uploaded. The Amazon offering has a small black circle that says "Keuring Brewed" and it has it around the perimeter of the cup as well. The retail version has a Q code with Keurig printed underneath as well as the words "This unit not labled for retail sale". I next examined the boxes and found them similar until I turned over the boxes and saw the expiration info printed on the retail box. It was only then that I realized that Amazon box had a strip of white tape over the information. I carefully peeled back the tape and lo and behold this box has an expiration date of May 08, 2016!! The seller purposely tried to obscure this information with the white tape. The other 4 boxes all had the same tape and expiration dates. I have uploaded pictures of all of this with this review. To say I was incensed is an understatement and I contacted Amazon directly and received a full refund and they will investigate and follow up with this seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! Taping over the expiration dates in order to sell coffee that is years beyond the expiration date is fraudulent and therefore they cannot be trusted.
