Keeping my cat from jumping over the fence
Did not affect my cat at all. The cat didn’t mind the small plastic spikes must have felt good to his feet.
Received a refund after I had to take the product off my fence and sent them back but only received portion of what I paid!! Still owe me over $30.00 !
