Recommended dosages of Glucocil can result in an excess Vitamin B6
As a Type 2 diabetic, I bought Glucocil to help control my blood sugar levels. For several months I was going with the label recommended dosage of 2 soft gels, 2x a day. Still looking for solutions to some of my ills, my neurologist ordered a blood test and we found my blood B6 levels to be more than 4x to 20x average and desirable levels. High B6 levels in your blood can cause muscle control and spasm issues, at minimum. While some vitamins in excess are easily eliminated by your body, B6 is not. Beware: B6 levels in your blood can be toxic at Glucocil's own recommended dosages, which is 8x (800%) of the "% Daily Value" suggested. Vitamin B6 in other multi-vitamins in your diet may worsen the situation.
