I used this for the first time today and only used a wooden spoon. I washed it immediately after and upon drying, noticed all these scratches had appeared. I went out and bought the TFal 14” wok from a nearby store to compare and it was completely different. The nonstick coating on Amazon’s model has more white/silver flecks while the department store coating is more matte and overall black. The handle on Amazon’s model does not have the TFal logo on it and it has a more oval hole. I have used the prior version of this wok purchased from Amazon for the past 5 years and this new model doesn’t even come close in quality. I’ve initiated a return and will be using the store-bought TFal 14” wok now.
