I don't understand how this product is usable to anyone? The touch screen is so easily unlocked that it kept turning the heat all the way down as I was using it, even after waiting a few seconds for the "lock" icon to show up. It's also somehow difficult to unlock when I'm intentionally doing so. I spent 10 minutes fighting with this to get the heat back up and waiting for it to heat. How does this have any good reviews!? Who thought a touch screen on a product that requires constant touching was a good idea? Don't waste your money. It also straightens and curls terribly. Probably because the heat kept getting turned down, but how would I know the difference?
