The pictures make these bags look really nice, but when i got the bag it was made of cheap and low quality diaper bag material. It looked like I could have gotten it from Walmart. I have not idea why there are so many positive reviews for this company. Then about 6 months into use the bag, the zipper broke on the main compartment. So I couldn't keep anything in the bag making it useless because it was hanging wide open. So I emailed JuJuBe and they said it was outside of the 90 day warranty time period and they offered me a $20 gift card. LIke I really want to wasting another $170 on another cheap bag??? I asked for a replacement bag and they bluntly said no and didn't offer to fix the bag I had either...nothing. They just said "in order for their business to continue they had to stick with their warranty strictly" all this in an email with a bunch of "xoxo" and syrupy fake positivity, like "i'm so sorry your bag had a personality issue!:)". Which is like salt in the wound. So I'm assuming they have alot of complaints about this sort of thing. This is an AWFUL company with TERRIBLE customer service. I would NEVER buy their products again and wouldn't recommend anyone else buy a bag from them either unless you plan on spending $170 for a throwaway bag good for a few months.
