Does not work at 50 Hz (Europe, Israel, etc.)
The description says this is dual voltage, and it is, but it doesn't say that it works only at 60 Hz (60 cycles). The electricity in Europe, Israel, and lots of other places is 50 Hz. For those places you need a dryer that is dual voltage AND 50/60 Hz. The product description is misleading because it doesn't say that it is 60 Hz only. I returned it and bought one that is dual voltage and 50/60 Hz.
