I’m extremely disappointed not only with this product, but with the experience I am currently having with Sansi and their “warranty”. I bought this brand because I heard Sansi makes high quality products, and the 5-year warranty really sold me on the brand. I have had this bulb for 9 months, and as you can see in the attached photo, all but one of the lights have simply burned out. I thought this wouldn’t be a big deal because Sansi backs up their products. I was wrong. Sansi is fighting me because they “can’t find the order in their order list”. This is despite knowing that I bought the bulb through Amazon, receiving my Amazon invoice, and seeing a photo of the defective product. Update: Sansi has decisively stated that that they will not honor the warranty on the grounds that I purchased the product through Amazon.
