I was initially pleased at how silent the bike was--no noise at all. I loved it. But within a few weeks, a loud "creaking" (like the sound they make for doors opening in haunted house movies) started. I called the company, but they did not allow me to wait for a real person to answer and forced me to leave a message. But no one ever called or emailed back. Really sucks because it is hard to return a large item like this--especially one that you have to assemble. I prefer to fix the problem, but since the company is unresponsive, I will have to figure out how to return it. This is a major reason why I do not buy large awkward items online--too much hassle if there is a problem. I normally do not buy large items online, but decided to try this time. Definitely disappointed. Never again. Most items manufactured in China have a success rate of only 50%. So it's a coin toss every time you buy something Chinese made. And I am truly disappointed in receiving zero contact with the company. Nothing at all.
