This lock worked for about a year. Now it has become unreliable. Both locking and unlocking randomly fail to engage the deadbolt after entering the code. I contacted the Schlage Customer Commitment Center via fax, as their warranty indicates. The product has a limited 3-year electronic warranty. It's been over 2 weeks since I contacted Schage and I have not received a reply. It is very unprofessional to ignore customers' warranty claims. I'm very disappointed in Schlage. I'll have to file a complaint through Amazon.
