This cheap plastic made piece of junk arrived broken, and not due to shipping either, when I plugged it in and turned it on it made a humming noise like the motor was running, but it did not vibrate or massage. I opened it up and i found that there were 2 screw heads broken off of 2 of the screws that hold the motor in place with 2 half round bands that fasten the motor to the cheap plastic housing. I was able to get the 2 broken headless screws out of the plastic housing, and I put 2 new screws back in to secure the motor back in to the plastic housing, I reassembled the unit and now it worked, I ran it through all 3 program modes and the manual mode and it works really good to my surprise, because I thought that it would probably break down again, due to the poor quality plastic housing that holds all of the working parts in place. So my overall rating for this unit is good because of how it works, not for the plastic that is used to house the parts inside. I think they should use a better grade of plastic to make these units, because I really don’t think it will last very long.
