I struggle with leaving such a negative review, especially since I do not see anyone else posting about the same experience. I had to throw away this product after trying to use it for a couple of weeks. It was separated upon arrival-which I expected-and I did have to mix it up, which was very difficult to do. I had to scrape it into a larger container to mash it all together with a mortar and pestle. But that was NOT the problem. The problem is that there is some rubbery ingredient in it that will not warm up in my hands and spread out onto my skin. It just rolls around and around and clumps into a pea-sized ball. The other ingredients will smear, leaving behind only this rubbery stuff. It is darker in color than the other ingredients. If I break the rubbery ball apart and try to force it to spread out with my thumb, it just breaks into tinier pieces and falls all over my bathroom counter, sink and rug. What is this rubbery stuff that will not dissolve? Did I just get a bad batch or something?
