video says it all. this super expensive junk does not even clean 1 inches. Called up irobot customer support and they sent a replacement device (Incident: 190719-003160) . Replacement device gave the same error, opened another case ( [Incident: 190726-002073]. They could not solve my problem for several days which involved multiple reboot/factory reset, fancy button press etc. Inspite of telling them that this seems to be a software issue they wanted to send me one more replacement. Thats when i decided to send it back.
