After all the glowing reviews here -- and also because I'm familiar with the charity it benefits - I decided to purchase this juicer. Unfortunately, the juicer went kaput after I finished juicing one orange. I unplugged the juicer and waited 30 minutes before plugging it back in and giving it another go. It's still dead! I'm sure I just got a faulty product but how disappointing considering I need to juice two bags of oranges today and I have no way to do so now. On a positive note, the juicer was easy to take apart and clean before I used it, and it was easy to use for the few seconds it lasted.
