I have owned this for only a little over a week, and have used it everyday for about 30 minutes a day. I've been very pleased with it, until 2 minutes ago when I was using it and heard an alarming break and almost fell off the equipment. There isn't even capability to fix it at this point, it is completely useless. I was making great progress with my weight loss, I've lost ten lbs, and am incredibly disappointed at this break. I would like to hope that this was an anomaly but for now I can't know that. A replacement would be very much appreciated since I have only owned this for a week. UPDATE: I received a replacement from Amazon which only seemed to happen after complaining via multiple platforms including email, facebook, etc.. And this one lasted a little longer....2.5 weeks. This product is a complete waste of time. Don't waste your money. I couldn't be any more displeased.
