If I could choose 0 stars I would. I have purchased 3 previous memory foam mattresses. All 3 of the previous mattresses came from Amazon.. I guess that's why I'm very disappointed that this was an "Amazon Choice" purchase. We are very aware of how a memory foam mattress feels and works... After my wife and granddaughter slept on the mattress for about a week, it developed a hump in the middle and it became hard...almost impossible to turnover. After jumping through hoops to try to get this mattress replaced, the seller would not replace it. They said "comfort preference" is not covered under warranty.. It's virtually impossible to take pics/vids/proof of purchase and all the other info they wanted and prove that it's a defect. Regardless of what Amazon has as "Choice", I would recommend another brand. It's hard to believe I spent $350 on a mattress that lasted 1 week.. believe it's time to clear out my shopping cart and maybe expand my buying options. Lesson learned. **** UPDATE: Still don't recommend the mattress, HOWEVER, I did get a return label to send it back to Amazon... Looks like I have until March 14th to return it...so ....Kudos to Amazon.. I will be ordering a different brand through Amazon.com as soon as the credit goes through...
