Difficult to clean
The good thing about this slicer is that it is stable and does not jump around while using. The slicing is average, even after freezing meet for an hour, the bottom of the slices were ragged and shredded. The difficulty of cleaning far outweighs any of this slicers good features. I would not recommend.
