Earlier this year, I bought close to 3 dozen towels and washcloths from this company for a rental cabin I own in another state. I have a property management company and a professional cleaner maintain the place. The rentals are all long-term, so between the time that I ordered the towels and saw the quality of the towels, approximately 3 months had gone by and the towels had been washed no more than 8 times. Because I don't live at the cabin, I didn't notice how quickly the product deteriorated until I visited after those 3 months, but it turns out that the quality issues started right after my house cleaner received the towels and washed them for the first time. I'll attach some pictures, but let me say that I've never experienced such poor quality in any towel I've ever bought. I travel a fair amount, and sometimes I've bought a really inexpensive towel to use at a pool or hot spring, etc. Even those towels held up better than these towels! Every item I bought from this company unraveled, with some having threads between 2 and 3 inches long. In the worst case, a towel had close to a dozen threads hanging off of it; in the best case, it had at least two. When I wrote to Amazon and then the company to receive some kind of apology or compensation, the company told me they'd replace anything that hadn't been washed. Now what's the point of that? The towels arrived in perfect condition and it was only after washing that they all started to unravel. I imagine the company is aware of these quality issues and offers something that obviously isn't going to hold them accountable. This is extremely disappointing and I'd say keep on looking if you want linens that last longer than one washing.
