Product was fine for about 24hrs. The RTX3080 was amazing. Until it died after only 24hrs of use. I am beyond disappointed... Seller put repair on ME instead of taking return. It is currently sitting in HP Service Center to replace the video card, which is on back order until 19 FEB 2021 (Today is 30 DEC 2020). Not happy at all though HP is doing what they can to make it right. Other than the Video card dying shortly after first boot, the rest of the computer is solid. But the seller absolutely should have taken the computer back and replaced it and took the repair upon themselves instead of forcing me to do it. Still very disappointed in this experience.
